I recently found a mayo at Whole Foods that, from its label, certainly seems to be SCD compliant. It says gluten free and all the ingredients listed are legal. Like the homemade stuff, it's pretty obviously mustard-influenced and doesn't truly taste like mayo. I tried it and didn't have any issues with it, but I am fairly lucky in that I'm not a severe case. Just thought I would leave that info. It's under the Whole Foods 365 brand if you want to check it out, assuming you have a Whole Foods near you.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
