It's a little different for me, though, as I was gluten free for years previously, and before I started the SCD I was on the Paleo diet which is also grain free.

I have noticed a reduction in swelling. I have an aggravated joint in one wrist that has been giving me trouble but I can't figure out if it's just repetitive stress or the arthritis. I also finally broke an insane sugar addiction, so I think it will be weeks before I see the benefits from that.

Interesting that Remicade is used that way. I am also on sulfasalazine, which is also used for ulcerative colitis.

Susan :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04467543096755297798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2468249333232629469.post-61536101681330963002007-11-28T21:15:00.000-08:002007-11-28T21:15:00.000-08:00Hi,I was curious, has the diet helped at all with ...Hi,

I was curious, has the diet helped at all with the RA? It does make sense that it might . . . I've wondered about it especially since Remicade is used for RA, Crohn's and colitis.

Good luck!
ramanr. prasadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13758209517895275399noreply@blogger.com
